The biggest immediate change Wonder Woman mains can make is with her Perks. So, with this in mind, figuring out the best Wonder Woman perks in MultiVersus is a great place for new players to start, as too is learning what alternative options there are for certain character matchups.
Best Perk Layout For Wonder Woman & Reasoning
Wonder Woman is a Tank-Class character. As such, a lot of her best Perks are the ones that make her natural tankiness even better. On average, the setup with the best results for her seems to be:
Signature Perk: Whip of Hephaestus Defense: Kryptonian Skin Utility: Triple Jump Utility: Tasmanian Trigonometry
Some players may be surprised, given that none of these directly influence her Offense. However, with these Perks Wonder Woman players can fight more aggressively (without fear) and chase their opponents easier than before, which will lead to them “mastering” her much quicker.
Whip Of Hephaestus
Meanwhile, Grapple of Hermes is great for positioning with WW and can even be used to extend combos if used at the right time. However, nothing compares to Whip of Hephaestus, as it gives WW some more KO potential and is her only real “ranged” option for doing so. That said, while the Whip is the recommendation, players can absolutely use the Grapple if they want.
Kryptonian Skin
A four percent damage reduction buff might not seem very useful, but over the course of a match, it really makes a difference, especially considering how light WW is compared to the other two tanks in the game. Iron Giant is more than double her weight, Superman is a full third heavier, and she even has characters like Garnet, Lebron, Shaggy, and Jake above her in pure mass. It’s not confirmed where the newest MultiVersus fighter, Morty, stacks up with her yet, but he’s pretty heavy, so he might be above her as well.
With this in mind, using Kryptonian Skin gives this Tank-like character a bit more of an ability to actually tank. That said, this Perk is not really worth stacking, so players should make sure not to double up on it by accident.
Triple Jump
Triple Jump is a viable option for just about every character in MultiVersus. In a platform brawler, there’s nothing more overpowered than having more jumps than other characters do. This is exactly why characters like Jigglypuff and Kirby in the Super Smash Bros series are so incredibly light in exchange for their extra jumps.
So, giving Wonder Woman, a Tank, the ability to jump more often and chase an opponent to the top of the stage using either her Rising Kick or Flying Warrior, is huge. And, in Teams, running Triple Jump is almost always a blessing in disguise and can allow teammates that might be newer to still recover from off-stage when they normally wouldn’t.
Tasmanian Trigonometry
Like Kryptonian Skin, Tasmanian Trigonometry is a Knockback Influence-based Perk. This Perk allows Wonder Woman to chase off-stage and near the top Blast Zone more comfortably where normally she would worry about getting turned on and knocked into the Blast Zone herself.

With this Perk and Kryptonian Skin, Wonder Woman is able to play a lot more like an actual Tank than she can by default. And, considering how fast she moves compared to the other Tanks, this can take her from the “weakest” Tank to the strongest by far.
Other Possible Build Options
There are some WW mains who play much more aggressively and have Perks to match that style. Mains who choose to go the Support route and just stack whatever their ally is running, and WW players who specialize in keeping up with their opponent using air acceleration and fast-fall speed.
Depending on the character she’s up against or even the ally she’s with, the best Wonder Woman Perks may vastly change. Here are some of WW’s best options for alternative Perks if players aren’t huge fans of the build above or are against certain character matchups.
MultiVersus is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
