Particularly, they have made note of the 30 Character Tokens available in the Premium version of the Founder’s Pack.

As MultiVersus is intended to be a free-to-play title, a lot of the game’s characters are locked and purchasable with the premium currency Gleamium, in-game coins, or a Character Token, which instantly unlocks a new fighter. Right now, four characters are unlocked when a player loads into MultiVersus, with a fifth being revealed when a user completes the game’s tutorial. This means that of the 16 available characters, there are 11 to unlock. That leaves a total of 19 Character Tokens unused for an owner of the Premium Founder’s Pack, implying that there are at least that many fighters still on the way.
Fans were already expecting new characters for MultiVersus after a few files were leaked from the game’s closed alpha testing. Characters such as Rick and Pickle Rick from Rick and Morty, LeBron James, Godzilla, and more were revealed to be coming to MultiVersus in some form, with reports stating that a lot of these additional characters were nearing completion.
For those who haven’t yet sees their favorite character ready to join the MultiVersus roster, there are plenty of other possible fighters that could come in future updates. Johnny Bravo, Fred Flintstone, and more have been listed as characters fans would love to see join the fight in MultiVersus. However, only time will tell which potential additions to the lineup will make it into the game.
MultiVersus releases in 2022 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
