Anant has lost 108 kgs in the last 18 months, to emerge as a changed man. He followed a strict diet for this period and involved himself in strenuous physical exercise to achieve this. Some of his activities during this period include 21-km walks, followed by yoga, weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercises.
