Thanks to the Twitter account PwnyGaming, which keeps track of YouTube channel analytics across the platform, it was revealed that MrBeast has just beaten the record for most subscribers in a single week for this current year. According to PwnyGaming, MrBeast’s analytics reveal that during the week of December 12 - December 18 he gained a follower count of a whopping 3,188,959 subscribers. With the amount of money MrBeast spends on his content, it appears that the effort is paying off.

Not only does his use of large budgets for his content generate tons of views, but viewers also flock to MrBeast videos because of his willingness to help other gamers. With his impressive on-screen antics, charitable nature towards the gaming community, and even being added as a skin in the newest chapter of Fortnite last week, it’s no wonder why MrBeast had such a big week. The total amount of subscribers MrBeast received last week were the highest for any YouTuber in all of 2022.

MrBeast seems to be an unbeatable giant. The moniker Donaldson chose suits him well, seeing as how he has become such a juggernaut among content creators. He has even voiced recent aspirations and plans to buy an official MrBeast League of Legends team.
